Skin Contact 101
Thursday, Jun 19 · 7:00 – 8:30pm · Maya, wine director
Five orange wines, blind. We talk maceration, tannin, and why the cloudy stuff tastes alive. Snacks from the kitchen included.
Into the Jura
Thursday, Jun 26 · 7:00 – 9:00pm · Maya & guest importer
A guided flight through France's strangest little region — Savagnin under flor, ploussard, and a vin jaune to close.
Pét-Nat Friday
Friday, Jul 04 · 6:00 – 8:00pm · The floor team
Walk-around pour of every sparkling bottle we can open. Loud, fizzy, and a little chaotic. No assigned seats.
Meet the Maker: Etna
Thursday, Jul 10 · 7:30 – 9:00pm · With the importer
Volcanic wines from Mount Etna with the people who carry them across the ocean. Six pours, one very long table.
A small room for honest wine
Wine Time started as a wine club in a Greenpoint living room — too many bottles, too few chairs. Now it's a bar and a shop, but the idea hasn't changed: pour the things made by hand, with care, and made to be talked about. Everything is low-intervention. We'd rather a wine be a little wild than a little boring.

The kind of place you walk into for one glass and leave three hours later. Staff guided us to bottles we'd never have found ourselves.
Best natural wine list in Greenpoint, full stop. The Thursday tastings are worth planning your week around.
Low light, good records, zero pretension. They actually explain the weird orange wine instead of making you feel dumb.
Took a date here and the candlelit corner did all the work. The cheese plate and a bottle of Lambrusco — perfect.
